Clonidine hydrochloride (Clonidine HCl)，又稱鹽酸可樂定，是α2-adrenoceptor激動劑，ED₅₀為0.02±0.01 mg/kg。

冰袋運輸。粉末直接保存于-20℃，有效期3年。建議分裝后-20℃干燥保存，避免反復凍融。

使用濃度

使用方法（數據來自于公開發表的文獻，僅供參考） 

（一）細胞實驗（體外實驗）

可樂定(0.01-1 μM)在內皮細胞中以劑量依賴性方式顯著誘導CGRPα/β的mRNA表達。可樂定處理(1 μM)顯著增加內皮細胞中的NO水平。^[2]  

（二）動物實驗（體內實驗）

可樂定(50μg/ kg, ip)持續3小時誘導大鼠體溫降低，在給藥后1小時達到最大值。在可樂定15分鐘前用中性劑量的酚妥拉明對大鼠進行腦室內預處理可顯著拮抗可樂定誘導的低溫。^[1] 在大鼠中，可樂定(0.003-0.05 mg/kg，ip)有效抑制由PCP誘導的前額皮質中的多巴胺流出。^[3]
