Human GIP Protein is expressed from HEK293 with hFc tag at the C-terminal. It contains Glu22-Gln93.[Accession | P09681]

分子量大小（Molecular Weight）

The protein has a predicted MW of 34.9 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 40-50 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.

Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.

純度（Purity）

> 95% as determined by Tris-Bis PAGE and HPLC

活性（Activity）

ELISA Data: Immobilized Human GIP, hFc Tag at 0.5μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Biotinylated Anti-GIP Antibody, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 88.1ng/ml determined by ELISA. 

制劑（Formulation）

Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS (pH 7.4). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

重構方法（Reconstitution）

Centrifuge tubes before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.
