表達區(qū)間及表達系統(tǒng)（Source）	Cynomolgus GFRAL/GFR alpha-like Protein is expressed from HEK293 with His tag and Avi tag at the N-Terminus. It contains Gln20-Glu351.[Accession \| XP_015304775.2]
分子量大小（Molecular Weight）	The protein has a predicted MW of 40.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 50-70 kDa based on SDS-PAGE result.
內(nèi)毒素（Endotoxin）	Less than 1EU per μg by the LAL method.
純度（Purity）	> 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE and HPLC.
活性（Activity）	ELISA Data: Immobilized Cynomolgus GFRAL, His Tag at 1μg/ml (100μl/well) on the plate. Dose response curve for Cynomolgus GDF15, hFc Tag with the EC50 of 3.6ng/ml determined by ELISA.
制劑（Formulation）	Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in 20mM PB, 0.4M NaCl (pH 6.0). Normally 8% trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.
重構(gòu)方法（Reconstitution）	Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/ml is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in 20mM PB, 0.4M NaCl (pH 6.0).

儲存條件

The product should be stored at -25~-15℃ for 1 year from date of receipt.

2-7 days, 2 ~ 8 °C under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

3 -6 months, -85~-65℃ under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

Recommend to aliquot the protein into smaller quantities when first used and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
